We are running out of parking spots lol. How are you kickass mofos this morning?
![]() 11/10/2015 at 09:32 |

There are two open spots in my garage and I charge no rent just require the keys and plates
![]() 11/10/2015 at 09:34 |

hmmm.... that would be a cool way to rent out a room to someone with a crazy rad car. “You can stay if I could drive your car” lol

I’m on top of the world fella.
Finished work this morning, stayed up so the guy could come and fit now blinds to all the rooms only for one room not to of been measured correctly, yep, you guessed it, mine. So I’m trying to sleep (with the sun streaming in) so I can be refreshed for tonight. I won’t be getting any sleep tomorrow morning as I’ve got to be at Skoda at 10am to order the new car.
SLEEP DEPRIVATION YAY!!!!! WOOOOOO!!!!
I hope your keeping well fella, and it goes without saying that I hope your good lady is well also.

Got a K-cup machine in the office and the cups are provided. Sipping on some mostly-black Newman’s Own. Wondering if I have anything to actually work on today... and looking forward to a run to the game store for my Fallout 4 pre-order later. It’s also the first actually clear day here for over a week - it’s been rain, rain, rain.

City structure is key. My city is 1,625.2 km/sq and as opposite to bike friendly as possible. If I could, I would, but it’s pretty much impossible for me even if I lived close. I feel for the few bike riders here.

Thanks Sven, you are really good peeps buddy. Trust me, i’d be up all night knowing that soon, a brand new car will be ordered soooon! So awesome! Keep us updated here

The heavens are literally shining the light on it :]

They buy the k-cups in bulk for the forward break room, and then back in engineering/drafting we have a grab box with handfuls of whatever varieties they have up front. So different flavors, yes. In any kind of order, haha no. That also means if we want a cider or hot cocoa we have to get one from the break room on the other end of the building. UNDUE HARDSHIP

Tired. Not at all looking forward to the hours of Web based training that I’ve been putting off.
![]() 11/10/2015 at 10:03 |

BUT my body REALLY wants to sleep.
I’ll be up all night anyway (working nightshift), so really want to get three hours in if I can before I have to go listen to stupid people tell me how to do my job.
I’ve already picked out exactly what I want and it’s just a case of sitting down, exchanging details (been promised a discount) and haggle a little more off the top end or some freebies (buying a car in the U.K. is quite different from the U.S.), laying down a deposit and getting a build date to get her (we want 1st March 2016).
![]() 11/10/2015 at 10:12 |

The cider and hot cocoa justify the existence of the k-cup.

Doing good so far.

Our office park is getting repaved so I have to park in visitors. It’s a hard life.

Hardship or excuse to not do work for ten to twenty minutes?
![]() 11/10/2015 at 10:49 |
|
But... but... I could be at my desk not doing anything.
![]() 11/10/2015 at 10:59 |
|
You’ve got a point. Time to start hoarding K-cups at your desk.
![]() 11/10/2015 at 11:05 |
|
I shall put K-cups in the custody of my nine Happy Meal Despicable Me Minions. They ought to be able to keep things secure on their shelf.

Is it way further down the way?

listen to stupid people tell me how to do my job.
Lol, 100% true right there buddy. On the car, haggling is key.
![]() 11/10/2015 at 11:45 |
|
They are taking off £1,000 (USD$1,510) just to order a month early. The haggle will be how much deposit they want as have had couple of added bills this month and had budgeted to order the car next month but lead times are getting pushed further back due to high demand for the new Superb.
![]() 11/10/2015 at 11:49 |
|
It’s always a ordeal when ordering a car to your liking plus it being a new model. We deal with it all the time here at work lol :]
![]() 11/10/2015 at 11:54 |
|
Not even, just the other side of the building, or if it’s full, the lot haha
![]() 11/10/2015 at 11:59 |
|
Oh ok cool cool. I’m asking because when they redid our lot, it was a little over an 1/8 mile down with rain almost every day
![]() 11/10/2015 at 12:03 |
|
It’s also ordering other parts from the Czech Republic. SuperSkoda do a fantastic range of car accessories both genuine and stuff they have develoed and manufactured. In fact I’m going to treat the car to new mats all round (even the rear tunnel in between the rear seats, nice) and for myself some Skoda bath and hand towels and a Titan Skoda Superb travel case.
![]() 11/10/2015 at 12:04 |
|
All weather mats?
![]() 11/10/2015 at 12:18 |
|
Standard mats for the front and rear seats, The mats will be treated with a waterproofing and stain repelling antibacterial treatment.
Tunnel cover,
Boot (convertible) mat (both textile and rubber lined and can be opened up to cover the rear seat backs when the rear seats are folded down.
and for me,

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those are really good accessories!

I'm just reporting back to see that the lack of coffee was not the worst part after all. I need to make it through 3 more hours of idiocy...save me.

You and me both homie. I found a 30 min window to go get a little chicken sandwich thing from Chic-fil-a and when i got back to my desk, people wouldn’t leave me alone. The thing is now 2 hours old and ice cold with one bite into it lol :]
![]() 11/10/2015 at 16:43 |

Ye’, I like to keep cars as OEM as possible while still be fit for my purpose.
I got a couple of hours sleep in the end and now i’m back at work. Nooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!
![]() 11/10/2015 at 16:59 |

oh man! I’ve been trying not to fall asleep here at work this whole time lol.

Well we put in the order for the new car. Ended up getting just over £3,000 off of the new price of £24,220 OTR (USD$36,726) (On The Road price which includes DVLA vehicle registration, delivery, etc...).
So the car is a Skoda Superb 1.4TSi ACT 150ps 6 speed manual, in Petrol Blue Metallic, beige leather interior with 18” Pegasus alloys.
This colour exterior (the car pictured has 18” Modus alloys)
This interior (with the steering wheel on the correct side)
and these wheels
We were only in the dealership for 35 minutes from sit down to paying the deposit.
Now just the wait for it to be built.

omg DUUUUUUDE congrats!!! Built with all the right options and you were in and out in no time. Awesome sauce!!
